Ustam Advanced Cake Decorating and Technical Training of Marzipan Coating

The new training of "Advanced Pastry Decorating and Marzipan Coating Techniques", executed in corporation with USTAM and Bogazici University Lifelong Learning Center (BUYEM), was carried out by the participation of eight masters of our own at the Cookhane during the hours of 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. in June 25, 2013. The training started with the product presentations made by our Master Erdal Özay. And it continued by the training given to the participants by the Master Deniz Debedil. The training was finished after certificates were given to our participant masters. USTAM has reached many more Pastry masters thanks to the Cookhane trainings day by day and has contributed to personnel training in the pastry field.
