Recruitment Process


"Employment/Recruitment" process starts with the annual Human Resources Planning/Budgeting, followed by choosing qualified candidates from various sources suitable for the task force/employee requirements, interviewing such candidates in several stages, inquiring their references, selecting suitable candidates, informing them about the wages and benefits package, and finally recruiting. The managers of Human Resources and other related departments are also involved in the interviews, and if necessary the process is supported by Psychometric and Technical Tests.

Application Pool : It is one of the first sources of evaluation with the previously received curricula vitae and the Job Demand Forms available in our company.

Universities : We participate in the Career Days of various universities each year and receive applications of potential candidates. We also contact the Career Planning Centers of many universities and Graduate Associations when necessary.

Career Sites & Newspapers : One of the channels we refer to according to our corporate requirements.

Consultancy Companies : One of the channels we refer to according to our corporate requirements.
